1. How do I contact Via?

We are available 24/7 365 days. If you require any assistance with the Bookings, Cancellations and amendments you can reach us at cs@via.com or call us at 021 29 800 800.


2. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a booking Via.com Confirmation email once your booking is confirmed along with Airline PNR & Ticket number starting with FMN.

If you do not receive an email you can view the status of your booking by logging on to our website and entering the VIA Reference number by clicking on "Check Booking Status.

If you have not received a confirmation email and cannot find a successful transaction, please contact our Customer Service Customer Support at 021 29 800 800.


3. What is the maximum number of seats I can book?

A maximum of 9 passengers can be booked at one time. If you wish to book for more than 9 passengers please send an email to us.


4. How do I book online with a single name?

As per the Airline policy it is mandatory to enter first (given name) and last name (surname) for confirming any booking. However you can enter same name i.e, first name in the last name column, Example: First Name: Mr. Agus, Last Name: Agus.



Payment Options



5. What payment options does VIA have?

Currently we accept payments using credit cards (visa/master card) and ATM only.


6. How do I know that my credit card information is safe on your site?

VIA is a VeriSign Secure Site. Any information you enter when transacting over VIA is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional information disclosure to third parties.


7. What happens if payment has been deducted from my account/charged to my card but thereafter nothing happened/the website did not respond/etc.

If payment has been deducted from your account/charged to your card we would automatically refund the full amount and same would reflect in your account/card statement within 7 working days.


Cancellation Amendments


8. What are the cancellation charges?

The cancellation charges will vary Airline to Airline. It is advised to cancel 6 hours prior to departure.


9. How do I change or cancel a booking?

Login on to our website and enter the VIA Reference number by clicking on "Check Booking Status”, enter reference number starting with “FMN” & click on “Get My Booking”, & click on “Cancel”.


10. How will I get my money back after a cancellation?

After the booking is cancelled Via will refund back the amount through the same payment mode.


11. How long does it take to process a refund?

Any ticket which is cancelled before the departure time, amount will be refunded back to your account in 24 hours. However it will reflect in your account in 3-7 working days if the booking is done through credit card.


18. How do I get my ticket(s) after an amendment?

Once your ticket is re-scheduled Via.com Customer Support will send you the new ticket copies.
