We are an international reputable ecommerce company based in Jakarta and our business is growing significantly. Currently we are looking for the Senior Sales Manager (Executive Level Position report to GM Sales).
S/he will manage a dynamic team and manage the entire spectrum of sales inclusive direct sales, telesales, retentions and churn management. S/he will play the business partnering role and assist in operational matters. S/he is also expected to business partner on strategic initiatives and ensures implementation of best practices and continuous improvements,
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the expert and resource of market and product strategy development and execution. Driving top-line and bottom-line business results on key strategies and tactics for Via Indonesia ’s products portfolio, channels, promotion strategy, product life cycle management and recruitment life cycle.
  • Prime accountability for P/L and company business growth by monitoring sales team to achieve sales and margin targets. Managing team’s performance and improve team capability to understand the operational challenges with particular business opportunities as well as fully understand the strategic initiatives of the company.
  • Drive revenue and sales growth through the successful implementation new channel, new area expansion, new product development and other business opportunities.
  • Country Expert on recruitment life cycle from lead generation, achieved target penetration on new customer acquired, managing customer loyalty and retention management.
  • Assist strategic & key initiatives in achieve budget sales and profit by research, identify, develop & convert customer leads to new business opportunities that are of significant size potential, multi-locational and strategically important.
  • Delivering customer-focused service offerings to ensure that there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions and developing and maintaining excellent relationship with all clients.
  • Works internally with the technology, product, marketing, operations, design teams, finance and HR department.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university in Business / Marketing management or Science / Engineering with a combination of equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience 10 years experiences in B2B sales and at least 3 years served as Sales Manager with reputable companies.
  • Preferably from Preferably from B2B, E-commerce or Service industries.
  • Strong working knowledge of sales management and ability to apply these to a variety of situations using a pragmatic and commonsense approach.
  • Able to meet deadlines , adapt to changing conditions and stands under pressure.
  • Fluent in English Communication Skills verbal and written is a MUST.

Retention Assistant Manager

S/he will manage a dynamic team and manage the whole aspect of telesales, retentions and churn management. S/he will play the business partnering role and assist in operational matters. S/he is also expected to business partner on strategic initiatives and ensures implementation of best practices and continuous improvements,
Responsibilities
  • Driving top-line and bottom-line business results on recruitment life cycle. Hands on the daily running and management of the retention team (Account Handler, RO, LTD and Win Back)
  • Assist Sales Manager with a recommendation (designing solutions or promotional offers) to retain the caller as a member to retain customers / idle / inactive customer -agents.
  • Assure retention team to achieve sales and margin targets by understand the operational challenges with particular business opportunities. Improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand member needs, providing guidance, and feedback.
  • Managing team’s performance and improve team capability by coaching, inspiring, training and motivating retention team.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns by investigating problems; develop solutions and manage through to resolution.
  • Lead team to increase number of customers movement form idle to active as well as improve increase underperform agent to do more transactions.
  • Study, analyze and report on customer feedback methods relative to products, services innovation.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree from university in Business or Bachelor Degree of Marketing, Business Administration with a combination of equivalent work experience.
  • Preferably from Preferably from B2B, E-commerce or Service industries.
  • Previous experience 5 years experiences in retention sales with reputable companies.
