Ticketing Manager
  • Required Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Travel Industry.
  • You will manage the operational activities for Reservations & Ticketing operations in order to provide efficient and cost effective solutions in improving the overall business.
  • Managing the flights and ticketing staff ensuring workloads are evenly spread across the team by planning resource efficiently and prioritizing.
  • Provide extensive training to new staff within the department, along with continued guidance and coaching to existing staff members.
  • Monitor and manage the client request and ensure its handled within the defined SLA.
  • Ensuring all fares are loaded on GDS system
  • Ensure airline request, refunds and ADM’s are processed as per the airline policy
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate should have deep interest and passion for Travel industry.
  • An extensive understanding of GDS system (Sabre,Galileo).
  • Experience of handling the complete process of Issuance, Cancellation and Reissuance on GDS system.
  • Must be aware of Travel Terminology.
  • A team player and leader with good problem solving skill.
  • Maintaining good relationship with International and Domestic Airlines.
  • Candidate should have Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Travel Industry.
  • Experience in training and creation of supporting manuals and training documentation.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
